Care Built Around Your Child

At Strong Start Pediatric Therapy, we believe every child deserves support that is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in real-world experience.

Led by pediatric therapist and founder Melissa Rusch, our services focus on helping children build strength, coordination, confidence, and independence through engaging, play-based therapy that meets them where they are.

Whether your family is beginning the therapy journey or looking for thoughtful guidance as your child grows, we’re here to partner with you every step of the way to support meaningful progress and long-lasting confidence.

Pediatric physical therapy at Strong Start Pediatric Therapy supports children from infancy through adolescence as they build strength, coordination, and confidence in their movement. Using a play-based, individualized approach, our therapists focus on helping children move more comfortably and independently in their everyday lives—at home, at school, and in the community.

Through therapeutic play, targeted exercises, and adaptive strategies, we address challenges related to mobility, balance, strength, and overall physical development. Every therapy plan is thoughtfully designed around your child’s unique needs, abilities, and goals.
